JOBS change lives

Our recent ‘Jobs Change Lives’ community support campaign ended in May 2017 but the effects of this successful initiative will benefit the community for years to come.

Our team was very busy at the start of 2017, reaching out to local businesses to help support job creation and youth mental wellness. During the course of the Jobs Change Lives campaign we donated $500 to Headspace Coffs Harbour for every candidate we placed in employment.

As a result of this campaign, we are very pleased to announce that we will be donating over $20,000 to Headspace to help support their youth work in Coffs Harbour and Nambucca AND facilitate the fast track of much needed youth outreach services in the Clarence Valley.

Our CEO Paul Kelly had this to say about the campaign:

“It’s been a win-win for all involved. Businesses are getting free professional recruitment, locals are finding employment and we’re supporting youth mental health at the same time. The campaign has created a lot of awareness and enquiry. Many people in our local area who experience disadvantage also have some significant barriers to employment. We support these people to find work and the feedback we get from employers is that our jobseekers are very committed and loyal.”

Our suite of free recruitment services are still available for local organisations to leverage. You can find out more by visiting our Employer Page.
